Business Engineer from Universidad de Chile and MSc in Statistics from PUC, with five years building digital products in Chile and Mexico.

More than any single role, I care about the combination: keep learning on purpose, build with rigor, and work with good people.

One conviction guides much of my work: digital transformation is won on culture. Technology runs; people, organizations and society ripen more slowly. Closing that gap is where I think the real challenge of the coming years lives.
