I lead the GenAI team and direct ChatBuilder, the internal conversational AI platform that serves UVM, UNITEC and Laureate — covering student-facing and operational use cases across the organization. My scope spans product strategy, use-case portfolio management, platform operations and a champions program. We work with the company’s leadership team to scale AI adoption from the business side.

Led the rollout of three simultaneous digital products —ecommerce, student services and student journey— working across multiple agile cells and coordinating their Product Owners. Reported directly to the Chief Digital Officer. My focus: spreading digital and agile culture across the company, and tying delivery to business outcomes — student experience, operational efficiency and NPS.

Led an agile team building the AFP’s pension estimator app and web, and later the omnichannel initiative. Owned backlog, stakeholders and delivery quality under Scrum and Kanban on a Cloud stack. In the final six months I horizontally led two digital sales cells focused on stabilization and performance. Selected for the “Talentos Sura” program in 2022.

Coordinated and built classification and prediction models for the digital marketing team, acting as the bridge between business and Data Science. Built a datalake integrating Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics that improved the team’s efficiency and decision quality. Completed my internship on the same team earlier in 2020.
